OK, here we go.
I am not getting a red light in fwd or rev in any throttle position.
With the ohm meter, one probe on the green and one on the yellow.
With the pedal off, i am getting a reading of 4.97
With the pedal all the way to the floor, i am getting 1.81
I did notice now that i am getting 7 green blinks and then solid green on both forward and reverse now. And now the wheels turned just a little in forward and in reverse. It was only doing it in reverse before.

Woohoo, that's fixed ... Now we just have to figure out why the solenoid is not clicking.... I have a few things to do and then will sit down and try and figure this out. Once that's done you'll be working.

Just a thought, before I get back to you. 1.81 ohms is not very low it should go down to 0 ohms to be full throttle. Push the pedal to the floor and see if the controller goes to the ORANGE color, if it is then it's reading full throttle, if it's not then hook your ohm meter up again and adjust the pot screw on the throttle box to as close to 0 as you can. 0 point something is ok, but the main thing is getting the controller to turn orange and see the full throttle.

Work on that while I do a few other things and will get back to you on the solenoid.

Ok, back at it. I think now the only problem left is the fact that the solenoid is not activating. As nearly as I can tell your wiring is ok on the solenoid. The OBC will allow the solenoid to kick in and if the OBC is not working right the solenoid will not trigger.

By chance have you tried to charge it and see if the OBC is working?
Also there are two fuses for the OBC in yellow fuse holders have you confirmed they are ok?

You can jump the solenoid to see if it you get power.... key off... FNR in neutral... take a 6 gauge wire and connect it to both of the BIG terminals on the solenoid.... and then try it again to see if the cart runs... if it doesn't the solenoid itself is suspect. Do this before moving on.

You can test the activate of the solenoid by again, removing power from the batteries so you don't short anything, then remove all wires from the solenoid including the diode, take one of the small terminals to the negative of the pack on battery 6 and the other small terminal to the positive of the pack. If the solenoid coil is ok it will click activate. If this works and the bypass you did in the paragraph above works then solenoid is ok..

If it is then I suspect the OBC is at fault.
Put one end of a jumper wire to the small terminal on the solenoid with the yellow wire. The other end on the negative terminal on number 6 battery, i.e. the last battery where the negative wire connects to the pack. Press the pedal. If the solenoid clicks and the cart runs, then the OBC is bad not allowing the solenoid to activate.

Ok, Now i had something weird just happened, i went back out there to adjust the pot screw to get it closer to 0 and now for some reason i cant get it down below 5.?. iI had my wife looking at the ohm meter and she said that it was giving 7 green blinks and then went to red blinks. This was going from throttle off, 7 green blinks to full throttle, flashing red. I tried adjusting the pot screw to see if i could get closer but the ohms didnt change but just a little. I have no idea what i did. I will go out there first thing in the morning and try and jump some wire and see iff i can figure out what is going on.

Did this new condition start after you made adjustments or before? And the red blinks is there any pattern?

OK, here is what i have done. I put a jumper wire from the small post on the solenoid (yellow wire) to the negative side of the last battery turned key on and put in forward and it runs like a champ, same thing in reverse and still runs like a champ. The only problem that i have now is that just as soon as you start pressing the pedal, the cart starts running wide open. The further you push the pedal down, the slower it goes and when you get to the point where the pedal is all the way on the floor it stops. Do i have something backwards or do i have the potentiometer adjusted wrong?

Well since are having problems syncing up with instant messenger, it sounds to me like the following...

1. Since you jumped the solenoid to the negative post. I suspect the OBC is indeed bad, have you tried to charge the cart?

2. The Controller sounds like it's programming for the throttle is not matching your throttle and needs to be reprogrammed. This is why the you have full throttle at while the pedal is up and go down while the pedal is on the floor.
You will most likely need to get the controller pro software and a usb to serial cable so you can program it... UNLESS you think you did something while adjusting the the throttle (which I doubt).

you are almost there, don't give up
