Locked up rear end
I have a 1999 Club Car that is in fair shape, but I flipped it over yesterday to clean up the underside and test the motor. When I complete the circuit the motor tries to turn, I can see the hubs turning, but the whole thing is locked up somewhere.
How do I go about troubleshooting to figure out what exactly is locked up? I'm guessing its the brakes, because they look like they're pretty rusty. Thanks, Josh |
