i don,t know if i missed this or what but you said on your #1 battery pos side all thats there is the 6 gage cable? if thats the case thats your problem your 10 gage wire from charge receptical should also be connected there and if not that battery isn,t charging its out of the loop...........................

My 10 gauge wire to the charge recepitcal is on battery 2 which is where it was connected when I got the cart. Time to check the CC wiring diagram.

if its on battery #2 thats your problem trust me.....your not charging battery#1 its out of the loop............................
