Headlight substitute
I have a 2000 cc electric with Sylvania #889 headlight bulbs. They are probably the original set. Can these be replaced with a higher wattage bulb and if so what manufacturer number and wattage. Thanks Randy

Re: Headlight substitute
take the bulbs to an autoparts store and get upgraded bulbs. I don't see any harm, if the draw is too much, you will notice shorter battery life.
If you don't like those results, you will find other folks have replaced bulbs with HID bulbs and ballasts........and that should be plenty bright for your sunday evening driving!! OT |
