Default 1979 Club Car only has one speed---FAST again....

Well, we've come full circle. We put 5 new solonoids, 2 new batteries, a new f/r switch and a new micro switch. We thought it was fixed, it ran ok for a half hour, then it went back into FAST speed again. When it first did it, you could take it out of gear and tap the first solonoid and it would quit for a minute. But now, if you put it into gear, it takes off. Don't even have to touch the pedal. It got so hot, he had to unhook the battery to make it stop. I swear this cart is trying to kill us!

Any suggestions?

Will do. Is it possible to have gotten some bad solonoids? We figured buying new ones, we would be ok.

You probably have some sticking micro switches in the box that has the 5 micro switches in it. Any time I work on one of those electrical systems, I usually have to overhaul that box. All the parts are still available.
