2006 Precedent has loud whine/hum
Just recieved delivery of CC 2006 Precedent with new batteries ect. The engine seems to make too much of a whine. It seems to be in top shape except for the loud hum/whine. My son-in-laws EZ Go (which is several years old) is much more quieter. We live in the country 50 miles from the dealer so would like any heads up before calling them.

welcome to BGW do a serch you should find many topics talking about this......there was an issue with some carts but there is a fix you just need to find a few topics and read........its not costly but you do have to take the motor out to install this spacer or ring to quiet it down.....................

Thanks, I'll probable have to fight with the dealer. It has a one year warranty. I do not have the tools needed, I am retired and just bought the CC to take the Grand kids to the park ect.
