Default 04 CC click but no go, gas switch pin out?

My 04 Villager, 48V won't go, it does seem to launch foward at times, but that is rare. I took off the gas pedal switch and wanted to test it, but can't seem to find the pin out. It has a 4 wire connector and a 2 wire connector. The online diagram only shows a 5 wire pie shaped box, mine is square. I use the car in New England year round, think deep snow. Batteries were replaced 1.5 years ago. Maybe I am looking too deep so if you thinking I am cheching a part that does fail often just let me know. Thanks for reading this...

Batteries measure over 50V, took off the beginning and end of stack and had to cut back and replace a connector. I didn't take off each jumper but the passed the wiggle test and look clean. Have not done a load test, not sure how and don't have a hydometer. Charger does measure higher voltage when on batteries, about 3 V higher. I don't think I have a V glide, mine is an 04 with a square box. Thanks for the quick reply.

thats why i suggest a load test cause they could be ok as far as taking a charge but still fail as soon as you put a load on them....all it takes is just one battery to fail under load and it will stop the cart.......happens all the time.....i,m not saying this is your problem but need to eliminate it........can,t tell you how much time we waste when someones assures us the batteries are all fine only to find out a few days later it was indeed a battery or cable issue.......so just to be certain and get them out of the way and than we continue on.............................

A pain, but sometimes worth pulling pack, taking it to local battery place/dealer and have them test them for you . . .

well if he can use a digital voltage meter he can load test the pack and each battery himself......not hard at all......that would give an idea of what to do next..........and if you get a hydrometer get one for batteries specific......don,t waste the 10 bucks on one of them anti freeze types...........................

Yeah it runs again! The batteries turned out good with the load tester. I found a broken smaller blue wire on the solenoid, I put a new spade lug on it and it works fine now. Thanks guys for your time. Tom
