if you don,t have a tow switch just do the reset, however keep in mind the reset dosn,t always work and the charger not shutting off is either the batteries are just about shot or the OBC is...........how old are the batteries and what kind of condition? have you tested/load tested/ checked cells??.......................

If you can get hold of one, try another charger to see if it works ok. If it does it could be that the relay in your charger is faulty.

Thanks for the help. Batteries are about three years old. Checked all the cells with a hydrometer, all ok. Good volts. Any tests for OBC?

Could someone please explain how to "load test" the batteries? I mean, I know how to test them, but what does load testing entail?

you can do it with your voltage meter either battery by battery or the whole pack...just find a way to secure meter probes to battery or batteries and than put your seat down careful like so you can drive and watch meter as you 1st pull out and while your driving see what meter drops to and levels out at that a load..............................
