Default OBC Bypass

My 2007 clubcar precedent has a fried OBC. Is there a by-pass kit
available to bypass the obc?
Thanks-jerry

Let me clarify ~ with a bypass your charger will come on and charge the batteries BUT it will not follow the proper algorithm or shut off when the batteries are done... long story made short. Buy a new OBC or a 'stand alone' charger.

let me further clarify... if you buy a stand alone charger (or modify yours to work as a stand alone), you can ONLY bypass the charging function of the OBC, there are other functions of the OBC in a Precedent that cannot easily be bypassed.... In other words, CC got smart and spidered the OBC into the system quite a bit in the Precedent model to force you to continue buying their failures......

Scotty, in case you aren't aware, Our Wholesaler now carries a timer that will work on the small case Powerdrive chargers.... I've tried them out and they are both easy to install and quite functional......
