48 volt charger repair
Hey guys I got a club car golf cart 48 volt battery just put bran new batterys its running slow and my charger light battery is on and when i try to charge 8t the machine doesn't turn on tried wiggling the cable like the previous owner told me to do and now nothing does anyone no how to repair it ?

What is the pack voltage and what is the pack voltage when read at the charger receptacle?

did you ride the cart before you tried charging it? you may have drawn the battery pack to low....charger need to see 38 volts before it will come on.................and new batteries are only about 75%...........................
