How do I remove the floor mat in a 1996 Club Car Presedent?
Thanks

JB,
Are you sure that it is a Precedent? Don't believe they started building those until 2004. On the Precedent, there are 2 or 3 screws along the outside edge of the mat that have to be removed and 1 screw on lower rear edge of the trim piece that holds the mat in place that also needs to be removed. Then carefully remove the trim piece. It is held in place with a series of snaps that comes off fairly easily.

I just remove the 2 star screws on each side and gently pull the mat out while lifting the panel above the mat that was held down by the screws. The mat itself has slotted holes where the screws are, allowing it to actual come out even without removing the screws completely. I still remove them to let me lift the molding up a bit more. That's all that's needed to accomplish it.
