put a new potbox on my 94CC much better than a v-glide
also some new bling parts
titanium dash
stainless steel colum and wheel
22X11X8 wheels and tires
red and white seat covers
48 volt digital gauge
new stainless steel front and rear bumpers

how hard was the pot? i,ll be doing same thing next week....controller, cables, pot, and digital meter.....by the way looks good..........................

wasn't to bad mounted the pot box o 1/8 steel plate and made the gas pedal arm out of 3/16 steel plate so you have more pedal travel and used the stock rod just cut it down and rethreaded it

no it wouldn,t work, it would foul things up ......i mean you could dip the very bottom where lever and rod are but nothing above that...............

not with a pb6, but i have done it with servos. similar mechanical operation.

would need to mask over any gaps or holes. obviously, you would want to remove the return spring prior to dipping. trim around the input shaft with a razor or possibly use silicon grease as a release agent in this area(? never tried this. just speculating).

taping a silica gel pack inside might not be a bad idea in case moisture breaches the seal at input shaft.

don't make me have to go spend $80 to prove you wrong.

actually, i already started building my own potbox... i just need a little gear reduction or a pot with less than 180° throw.

Well, you can't just tell people to do stuff you theorize should work... Spend the $80 and run your pot under water, then tell us what works
