Default diagnosing club car

Can't afford a $70 fee to diagnose the cart
Is there something that can and "read" and diagnose a cart like AutoZone does?

Corky...

Straight up... We can't help you if you don't get into some sort of "DETAIL", on what sort of problem your having with your cart!

examples:
won't go forward... won't go in reverse... won't charge... front wheel squealing... no key... etc...

You need to tell us what's going on before we can offer suggestions!

Sorry
Cart ran great, next day nothing. It goes nowhere now. It seems to be charging OK.
Bought all new batteries, have clean cable connections. The solenoid clicks, by passed the solenoid with wheels off ground, they did not move. Looking at F/R assembly, there is just a tiny bit of melting behind the copper nut where blue wire connects. How do you override the F/R assembly to check that?
