Switching from High speed to Low Speed
I have a 2006 CC Precedent with high speed gears installed a few years ago. Full throttle is about 26mph. I would like to have the capability to switch from full speed back to normal speed (around 19mph) when the peddle is at full throttle. i would calibrate back to 19mph with my GPS.
Does anyone have any ideas? thanks! |

Re: Switching from High speed to Low Speed
Maybe a 2 speed motor? Not sure if available for Precedents?

Re: Switching from High speed to Low Speed
Hi, All I know is that originally this 4 seater went top speed about 15-19mph. Therefore, I assume this was the factory setting. I was thinking of switching in/out appropriate resistance at the MCOR box, basically dummying the potentiometer voltage to the controller.
