DS IQ not working

I have a 2007 Club Car DS with a Redhawk motor, 500 amp Alltrax controller and upgraded solenoid. The cart has worked fine at our camp for about 4-5 months but the last time we went to use it, we found it would not move.

The controller clicks like it is working when the key is switched to on. However, the cart will not budge or attempt to move. Also, we found what appears to be battery acid spillover on each battery.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can provide any additional details or pictures if needed. Thanks in advance.

don't know what's clicking when key is turned on
unplug charger

1 check water level
2 check pack voltage
3 check each battery voltage
4 do you hear a click when peddle is depressed (run/tow in TOW) if not skip 5
5 do you here a louder click when peddle is depressed (run/tow in RUN)
6 plug charger in does it come on

this will get you started
