i repaired it myself got speed sensor from digiki it was un type. took it off again. hooked red to + black to- volt meter red to + blak to green wire. meter showed zero volts, placed magnet near wires on sensor volt meter read 5.85 volts. turned magnet over meter read 0

That sounds correct did you use a resistor also.

pedal up braking was turned off with code. did roll test again nothing happend bench tested again waiting on gamides reply

Well the test requires a resistor from the red to green wires.

Lets do another test that will test the wires in system also, Does your meter have FREQ selection if so follow your speed sensor black wire to the controller, hook your black meter lead to the sensor black lead @ the controller and red meter lead to the green wire @ controller with the cart on jack stands run it you should read frequency see if it holds steady or changes or maybe just stops.

I think there are 6 pulses per revolution.

did you check the magnet under the speed sensor
