just wondering if the way it is running forward & reverse switch in reverse going forward switch in forward going in reverse will mess anything up or is it ok to run it this way

It won't hurt anything, but if you swap it like I said in my earlier post it will work properly.

every is club car f&r switch micro box solenoids resistors charge receptacle the motor is ezgo the cart is par car

This would have been VERY valuable information at the beginning of the thread. Everyone has been telling you what to do if you had a 48V series car. You've got a Multi-Solenoid 36V car. It has two power cables. One for forward, One for reverse. The reverse one is green. Take a look at the stickies and it'll show you where to hook them.
