CLub car D/S I/Q Throttle
Question for you guys with more knowledge than me. I'm new to the cart world. At what point should my cart begin to move forward when I depress the throttle? Mine has to be depressed almost 3/4 the way down before I get any reaction. The dealer I bought it from says it has a 20mph speed code in it. It only goes 14 - 15mph. Original motor and controller with new batteries. 48 volt. O7' model DS IQ. Is there a manual adjustment that would help? Thanks for any help/advice.

Yep,, Set for code 4. Dang thing moves like I want it to now. Don't think I need any upgrades for now. Maybe I'll get the bug and do something later. No mud or steep inclines on my lease so I can navigate pretty much any where I want with what I got. Thanks to all for the tips.

Re: CLub car D/S I/Q Throttle
I have same issue with my throttle . . . what exactly did you adjust? I looked over my linkage and really only see one adjustment and it is for the pedal position, ie, loosening it allows the pedal to be positioned closer to floorboard. My pedal seems to move half to two-thirds of it's travel before rotating the MCOR input shaft. The other adjustment I see is within the return spring.
