Default 02' series no solenoid click

I have 50v to solenoid. Decent batteries great connections. Jacked up rear and jumped large post on solenoid, but nothing. What's next to check. Friend said before it completely died he had to smash pedal to floor several times before it would go.

Yes I did all that and everything is good. Read up some more last night and jacked up rear this morning turned key on with peddle depressed and test voltage at two small terminals on solenoid. Nothing there. I have 50v from large term and small term on each side of solenoid but not the two small ones.
