Alltrax 500A controller...cant get 100% throttle
I just installed a new Alltrax 500iq and had to do some testing with it to get it from bucking like a bronco. It seems to start off pretty good now, but i cant seem to get above around 88% throttle running the software. With the stock controller, i was getting around 28-30mph on gps. Now im topping out around 26mph. Any ideas?

Are you sure you have the correct throttle selected .... and 100% output selected?

Re: Alltrax 500A controller...cant get 100% throttle
You didn't say what year your cart is but I'm betting you have the MCOR throttle.
Go back into the program and select MCOR throttle device. |

Re: Alltrax 500A controller...cant get 100% throttle
Hey Scotty, thanks for your help. I dont have an option in the program for MCOR. There are eight throttle sensor types listed. I have Club Car 5K-0 selected. (I have an 08 Precedent)

Re: Alltrax 500A controller...cant get 100% throttle
On the Control Panel page have you ticked the switch box marked Turbo. This gives extra speed once 100% is reached, provided you are not over current.

Re: Alltrax 500A controller...cant get 100% throttle
Yes i do have that checked...but the problem is that I cant get to 100% throttle. Pedal to the floor only registers as around 88% on the controller. Is there a way of adjusting the pedal/MCOR?

Re: Alltrax 500A controller...cant get 100% throttle
put you ohm meter across the mcor output and see if its giving full output first then you can pin down the problem.

Re: Alltrax 500A controller...cant get 100% throttle
Im sure someone asked this already but do you have a 2008 Precedent IQ, or a 2008 Precedent i2? On the IQ, the stock controller would have been black. On the i2, the stock controller would have been gray.
