Default slow precedent

Looking at a cart for friend. He bought 07CC with Lift and 22"" tires. Batterys charged loat test 5 good, 1 marginal. Problem is cart starts very slow and gradually comes up to near normal speed. From a dead stop pedal to the floor
nothing for about 1-2 seconds then a very smooth acceleration to normal speed. no jerks or shudders. SUSPECT it has a 250 amp stpock controller.
what else could cause this problem.

Full pedal down can take a second before taking off... it depends on how it was setup in the controller. With 22" tires that takeoff will be slower as well without a different motor that can produce a bit more torque.

Your battery pack when fully charged is what?
What are the actual voltages of your freshly charged batteries? Are they withing 0.3 volts of each other?

After a short ride 1/4 mi. checked batts again the marginal droped to 2.7 volts
under 100 amp load test . Think that is the answer. I will recomend a new batt pack and larger controler. thanks
