Oh my GOD! I totaly overlooked the hole in the old one. I dont recall the wires passing through that hole before upgrading the cables but im sure they must have. Wow.....I feel like an idiot. The only thing is I know my charger was working for about 3 months after I changed the cables. Oh well......chalk it up to a rookie mistake. All is well now and routed proper, cart is charging properly and she runs great!!!! Thanks so much for dealing with me....LOL!!!!

the wire has to go thur the hole in the OBC now you can run your 2 gage around it and hook both up or you can get a peice off all thread and put that thur the hole and connect the 2 gage to that on each end but SB is right do not mess with that plastic around the hole and you have to have a cable running thur the hole for the OBC to sense it.....also depending on who makes the cable i have fed 2 gage thur the sense hole on the OBC......some 2 gage will go thur some won,t if you do just put your connector onwhen you have it thur.......................................

I just hooked up the #6 it came with. My cables are already made and the #2 is just routed around it.
