Any opinions
Just wondering what everyone thought about this cart?
http://spacecoast.craigslist.org/rvs/2534222457.html I emailed the owner and he said 5 of the batteries were '09. He did not know the age of the other. Thanks for the advice. |

Re: Any opinions
IMO, Thats really not too bad. Even if you had to buy batteries its not bad. You can pretty much bet you'll need to replace the batteries within a year or 2.

I agree. Not sure what the year is but you should be able to get an early 2000 cart between 1-2k depending on general condition and battery age. That one already has a back seat so your $330 bucks ahead there. Most folks will generally add a back seat, lift, wheels and tires to a cart so if your planning that you will have another $1000 in it. Add new batts when time comes another $500. Now your at $2400. Then you might consider new painted body ($400) and new seat covers ($150-300). Now your at $3000 ish. Still good. So it boils down to what your wants and needs are for now and later and what's on the market already upgraded that might be an even better deal $$ wise. But in short IMHO most CC in fair shape running well with batts that check out for $900 or less is a safe bet. |
