Default Old Club Car

Hey guys,
Looking for my next project and a buddy of mine said his boss had an old cart setting out in the weeds behind one of the building where he works & that they ran it some about 5yrs ago untill the batteries would no longer hold charge. Looks like it is a 62-64 club car from what I can find on the web, but this one has a steering wheel instead of a tiller (I am sure the wheel is original as well as the entire cart all the way down to the canopy) his boss told me to make an offer (less charger) I am wondering if anyone has one of these or knows anything about them? I am thinking parts will be next to imposible to find, could some of the system be upgraded to newer stuff? Any idea what would be a fair offer on something like this?
THANKS for any input.

now thats a sweet old C.C. i have never seen a 3 wheeler C.C. i think your right about parts but yes you can upgrade everything......is this a cart your gonna keep? once you start upgrading and putting aftermarket parts on it than its no longer original and from that standpoint would be worthless and it may even be hard to sell because of the 3 wheels......unless you find the right person who may be sentamental towards it.............but anyways from the pics and the fact its been sitting that long and no charger i would offer 100 bucks for it.........your gonna dump a good chunk in it regardless.......but it should be a blast to work with.................................

Thanks guys. I have never saw one like it either, I would buy it as a second one to run around my camp & would want to upgrade some of the old stuff just to make it more reliable however I would keep all of the original parts so if later on someone wanted to make it original they could. I told my buddy to offer the guy $100 so we will see what happens. THANKS for the input & I will let you know how it turns out.

That thing is awesome.

Man, I don't know. That has been sitting there for 5 years, certainly they have no use for it. I would probably offer to take it off of their hands without charging them to remove it. I bought a boat like that once. It was in a guy's back yard with weeds and all growing around it. I knocked on the guy's door and told him that I have a good deal......I would take his boat of his hands without charging him to do so. He accepted.
