ok guys the pedal travels approx 2 inches or so before any movement. The pedal is approximatlley 2.5 inches from floor before movement. does this seem right? also nothing stops me or slows me down when going downhill. do these carts have speed sensoers that could possibly go bad like those of ezgo? thanks guys!

upgrade wires to #4 stock motor and new alltrax 500amp controller set to limit at 400 amps
used gps to measure speed
runs 23-24mph level ground

according to alltrax the club car mcor does not go to full "0" ohms . mine went to only 1.4k ohms...

alltrax send me a new "throttle" file to program into my controller and it solved the throttle problem.

my controller is a DCX500iq ....club car 2005 precedent

if you bought a package motor and controller maybe you can can and upgrade to a programmable type
