Default 86 36v cc, chargers and charging

ok, so i got batteries for the 36v cc, it'll go and that's great! thanks to all! now, we got nuthin but runnin gear ,some wiring and a body when we got it.granted it was inexpensive, but i need to charge and maintain these things, right? any recomendations on what type of charger to buy? economics ARE a major factor, do i really need to pay more for the charger than i did for the cart? so many different types, sizes, power, on the net, if i have to shell out big bucks, i guess i do, i was just hoping someone could steer me towards a reasonably priced, effective way to charge, without frying the batts. or performing batt. compartment gymnastics, and mantain them without breaking the bank. 1986 model car thanks, j.

i can,t tell you what its going to cost but you do want a charger you can just plug in and forget about..........you don,t want to ruin batteries so go with a golfcart charger maybe try and find a good used one.......put an ad on the for sale forum here that your looking for a charger..........................
