great experience with a sponsor! (East Coast Custom Golf Carts)
Not sure if we're allowed to give comments on shopping experiences or not but I just had a great one with East Coast Custom Golf Carts. I was attempting to order a Precedent radio console but could not get the free shipping to show up in the cart. I called and spoke with Rob who verified that the website showed free shipping on all purchases over $100 but stated that it was a typo. He thanked me for bringing it to their attention and stated he would ship it for free anyway. He was extremely helpful and courteous....so much so that I didn't even ask for my 5% BGW discount. Again I'm not certain of the posting rules so if this gets taken down I understand but I just thought I would give some praise to a company that truly seems to put customers first.
