Default club car dies

I have a 2005 electric club car 48 volt that loses power all of a sudden if you take your foot of the gas peddle it will start to run again happens a lot when going up a hill.
We already tried a new silonoid did not tresolve it?

when it dies there is a quick test you can do to check speed sensor you,ll have to nose around thur the posts to find it but its just a matter of getting off and pushing the cart a few feet to see what it does or does not do.......the right way to test is in here somewhere..............................
