Built a 2 passanger rear seat for a ez-go years ago for about $50 worked well wasn't that hard. Had allot of the materials to make it though. Foam was the main cost.

Yes, I was thinking of keeping the weight down too, when I built it. It worked the best of anything I tried to put back there and it holds my 200 pound weight just fine.

Yeah, my brother in law has an ez-go and it would of been a snap to put a back seat across the flat rear fenders of his cart, but the 2002 club car I have has the sloped fenders which made it more difficult to do and more costly if you didn't already have the iron. Sounds like we all can get clever when we need to, and another reason I put just a single seat back there is I wanted to keep the weight down of a full back seat. We usually just have one other person that needs to ride with us and, so it serves its purpose. Happy carting
