Just bought a 2003 36 v. Two micro switches were laying on top of the batteries. I have no idea where they go or what wires plug into them. The wires are black, yellow, green, and purple or blue can any one help?? Also it will run with the pedal when the solenoid is jumped. And it is a v glide

A picture would help alot? The only micro's used on 2003 36 volt CC are the ANTI ARCING MICRO LIMIT part #1014808 that has a BLUE and a YELLOW WIRE and should be mounted on the back of F&R control and could have lost the 2 long bolts that hold it in place. The second Limit Micro is mounted inside you V GLIDE UNIT part #1014807 that uses Black and Green wires.

The ms is a safety switch. There is usually more than one in the drive system. They are arranged so that the operator has to intend for the cart to go before it will run. The cart has have the key on, the shifter in gear, the peddle depressed. All three of these functions involve a safety switch. You can bypass some or all but, safety is compromised.
