Scotty, When you make my 2 gage cables, what is your solution for my OBC? Am I going to have to solder on a lug? It will be for an '07 Precedent w/ 4 batts.

The short piece of rod, through the obc, as TahoeDawgZ71 did on his cables works good. And this bypass with the original left in place works good for most carts.
I think the Rod is the best solution.

There were two reasons I cut and threaded a shoulder bolt instead of using something like allthread. First I didn't want to have the threads chafing the inside of the OBC and if I used a bushing the fasteners diameter would have to be smaller. Which brings me to the second reason, with an outside diameter of 3/8" minus the material removed after the threads are cut makes the core about 5/16". More is better. I wanted to let the OBC get accurate readings and perform its job as intended. Making the stud took up less than a half hour of my time, by far the easiest part of the upgrade.

I think threaded brass rod is available as are brass nuts and washers. With the use of a rubber washer and Double nutting at each side of the OBC, there should not be any movement to chafe.
I'm sure your solution works and looks premium. Can you post pics of it?
