Default 1991 36v cart will not move Please help!

I have a 36v car with a curtis controller and here is what I have tested so far:

-Batts are good 38v fully charged

-Solenoid clicks and reads 38v at both posts after depressing the pedel

-Motor tests out great

- V glide is adjusted correctly from what I can tell

-All the micro switches and F/R switch look great

-speed control reads 35v accross M- and B+ before pressing down on the throttle and then goes to 38v after pressing the throttle.
Does this mean that my controller is shot?

The car was working fine yesterday but I did notice that sometimes I had to press the accelerator down multipal times before it would take off

I think the throttle problem is your key, the controller may not start with such a high voltage reading. You need to test the ITS if it is the cart in your avatar? What drive system do you have?

I havent taken the f/r switch apart yet but all three micro switches are working perfect. Is there a quick test that I can do to see if the f/r contacts are working properly?

Also I have swapped out the controller with two different (used) ones I had laying around the shop and still nothing happens. Solenoid clicks but no movement

i don,t bother testing it i just rip em off and go over it.....but theres nothing else left if you tested everything..........i don,t know what else to tell you if you tested everything and your certain everything you tested is good......at this point its time to start re-testing cause theres nothing else left......you said motor tested good? that is one of a few areas i do not thrust my meter 100% and if this were me i think i would pull the motor and take a look at it.......i have had a meter tell me several times motor test find only to find my problem in motor.........just an opinion.............................
