If I remember correctly the price is somewhere aroun 300-500 (haven't sold one yet, so I'm not sure).

To heat them could use an electric skillet. This is so that the parts are heated even and not welding cold metal for a stronger weld.

Of course the risk is that your welds break and all the broken pieces lunch the rear end before you can stop
So you gotta ask yourself....Do I feel lucky today?

i know theres a guy in NC selling them for about $350. Not cheap but cheaper than anyone else i found.

Can this same process(welding diff) be done to a EZgo. I know I have enough power with it to make the turns with no problem.

I actually got an older toaster oven at goodwill for $2 and it works great for heating stuff.Bearing cases ,shafts etc.

I stopped by Brad's Golf Cars today & he does have the lockers in stock. I believe he said they was $350. They had a cart there with one already installed & it turned well & pulled good. I know what I'm saving for now.!
