Default welding gears for posi unit

I have seen a post somewhere on how to do this but cannot find any where. Does anyone else have a link to it. Suppose to do same thing as BU kit but much cheaper and stronger. Thanks, Mike

yup, seems to work very well, but make sure to weld them solid, or they will let go and shatter the carrier, trust me i speak from expierience!! use a good torch and get it nice and warm before welding, seems to make nicer welds cause of the cast.. good luck!!

I would think twice about permently welding the rear together. Not sure if your aware but it will make the front push more and turn less. I tried this on my EZGO and was not happy with it. My latest cart is a Club Car so i decided to use the Intellilock in the rear end. Drives much better and locks up solid very quickly when required.
