Default Re: 05 Precedent with 12 volts

I've thought about making the swap to 8v's and discounted it. My 08 batteries are still working fine and I haven't had a situation, yet, where I have suffered any consequences as a result of having 12v batteries vs. 8's. In other words, I can go where I want to go, for as long as I want to go, with what I have. That includes neighborhood and campground cruising. I did install an extra 12v battery to run my lights and radio to avoid putting extra load on my 4th battery and the pack but that works well for us. If this battery pack lasts me another year or longer, and I can get the same out of the next set of batteries, I'm satisfied.
