Order of power/speed upgrades...
'91 36v v-glide
OK, got my new batteries in. All frame cleaning done. Eliminated alot of unnecessary wires as well. I ran it down the street last nite and registered 16 mph on GPS. (no body on, just me and the batteries ). I plan to do the 4 ga upgrade very soon. After that, in what logical order should I do speed upgrades? No too keen on converting to 48v if I can get around that. Not looking for any certain speed (16-20mph), but after I re-assemble, add steel rear seet and load upthe family I'm sure it will slow down some. On a budget as well. Thanks for all the help so far, this forum is great! |

Re: Order of power/speed upgrades...
If you don't want to up the voltage I would suggest EMP 2 speed motor. You can put it in torque mode when loaded up with kids, and then when you want some extra go by yourself, put it in speed mode.
