the battery straps i have they have like a double hook on each end that just goes into that plastic area on each end of the batteries..........really simple and fast and works everytime............but if you have something that has to be screwed on yes i would screw it onto the the steel stud same place where you mount cables........unless you have melted terminals than your buggered............the battery strap with the hooks is the way to go if you can get one.................................

yep thats the one........it works on just about any golfcart battery, best 9.13 you,ll spend if your lifting batteries..................................

I see the plastic tab on the top of the Trojan batteries but not sure if the US battery uses them as I don't have them yet.

i think US has them also.......i think most brands have a place to put the strap............i, have been thinking about it and can,t recall any that don,t have it.............i,m heading up camp in a few hours until next wednesday so i,ll look around at all the different brands and see if any don,t have a place to put a strap..................................

I'm new and just reviewing posts. To lift my batteries out I used a tie down strap and threaded it through the lift points. This allowed me to adjust the length of the strap so as to lift with a straight back.
