Exclamation newbie neding HELP!!!

:ok guys/gals I just bought my 1st cart for our campgrounds but need some help ! this is what I was told it's a 48 volt club car year un known!

I know it's a club car from the emblems the cart has the front seat an rear seat that flips down flat.

SO can someone desifer this SN# for me AA0136-064526

ALSO can you tell me HOW to tell if my charger is working ??

i'd like to know the year an model so IF i have to get parts or ??

an are these carts verry good i'm sure all have pros & cons but i'd like to hear some...

There is a sticky thread that describes the ser number break down and this is a link to a more detailed description. http://sportstran.com/downloads/clubcar_serials.pdf When you plug the charger in, it should hesitate a moment and then the meter on the charger should jump up and you should hear the charger hum. If it doesn't then it ain't working.

AA = Club Car DS 48 Volt
01 = 2001 Model Year
36 = week of build

thanks I'm asuming after looking down that list an from stev s info mine is a fairway villager 4 passenger utility ?

If your code was D vice AA, then it would be a factory built Fairway Villager 4 Passenger Utility . . . previous owner may have added the rear seat after they bought it . . .

thanks guys 2001 club car ds 48 volt rear seat was added to it! the roof is short an doesn't cover the rear seat an you can tell they added it if ya look it over good..
