My charger always goes to 16 when I plug it in. After riding today I plugged it in and it only went to 9. Any ideal what would cause this .

Re: is it a charger problem
I hunted off of it today ran it down to only two bars showing . So it was pretty low . Normally it goes over 15 today only 9.

I had one of the diodes in my charger go bad and it did the same thing. They are easy to check with either a continuity tester or a DMM.
