Default Accupower 36V Charger output

I just replaced the diodes/heat sink in a CC Accupower 36 Volt charger. I jumpered the relay to turn charger on and measured the DC output on the DC charge plug with no load. The voltage is 47.1 Volts DC. Does that sound about right? I guess I was looking to see about 36 Volts but the no load may explain the 47.1.

Thanks for any replies/confirmations that this is correct.

I don't have a 36v cart but my 48v charger takes the pack to about 61v's!

No load voltage of 47v on a 36v charger is fine, that is is finishing voltage in the equalization stage of the charge cycle.

No problem, just let your charger do its job and let it finish every charge!
