Shutter and No go
I just bought the cart today. Owner said batteries are bad. He said the measure 8 volts but the continuity on the inside is not good. Reverse buzzer works and when you give it gas it will inch then the whole cart shutters like it's doesn't have enough juice to spin over. What do you guys think it is?

Bad batteries, you are experiencing low voltage shutter. Replace them and you'll be fine.

Re: Shutter and No go
Sweet man. I appreciate it. Just trying to make sure nothing else was wrong with the cart.
