ok if its only clicking sometimes than that is saying something.......jack the rear up and put a jumper across the large terminals of solenoid than turn key on put in gear and press pedal see if cart runs if so replace solenoid........post what you find......................................

Re: 2003 precedent 48v won't move pq0327
I jumped the soleniod and the cart would not go. the frist try it would move about a foot, second try just a soleniod click, third try no click. then I would recheck the jumper wait a few minutes same results. Then I removed the jumper, waited 20 minutes and the cart wanted to go just fine. all the connections look good tight and clean. I didn't go anywhere with it (somthing about having to push it home in the dark) but for the few minutes I tried it seemed to work fine, but I know not for long.

Re: 2003 precedent 48v won't move pq0327
yeah theres an issue here somewhere, the solenoid sometimes not clicking could mean its not getting the activation signal that is what is throwing me off............what does the cart have a V-glide or a pot? .................this could be a simple microswitch going bad ( could be ) but6 i think jumping the solenoid and it still acting up eliminates the solenoid itself as the issue.................................
