I charged all batteries independently and it still trips the reset on the charger when plugged in.

So when you plug the cart in the charger starts then shuts off?

It hums for 2-3 seconds, the needle does not move, then the reset trips.

The amps (needle) does not move. It just starts to hum for 2-3 seconds and trips the reset

It's a bad diode.... What charger do you have? If it's the PowerDrive (Model 17930) you'll need a Part #1015914 Heatsink assembly. If it's the PowerDrive2 (Model 22110) you'll need a Rectifier/Diode, Part number 103517601. Both parts are pretty inexpensive. There are test procedures found in the stickies. There's a thread there that will allow you to download the entire charger repair manual.
