Default 2006 iq not moving

I have a 2006 IQ 48volt with 6 batteries talked to the local dealer here their haveing a hard time figuring it out this is what we did we puluged in the tester it showed that the silonoid was stuck open , omed it out it was fine , jumped the silonoid from the #6 batt negative to the small terminal on the silonoid then turned the tow switch to run it clicked but no power to wheels the tech said its probably the on board computer but I want to make sure and not buy parts I dont need the cost out here is terrible much Mahalos if anyone can help
