Default Rebuild about done!

I'm just about done with my rebuild. I'm sure I will keep adding on as the funds come in. I do want a safari style light bar and new rocker covers. It started out as a $100.00 1995-48v DS Regen 1 cart. I pulled the pot and put in an MCOR. Stripped all the wires out of the belly including the OBC. New HD 48v solenoid, 36v series F/R, Alltrax 400amp controller and a 36v series motor. A new set of 8v US Batteries and made some 4ga cables. Put it all togather and,,,,,,,, nothing happened! The key switch was bad! Replaced it and we were in business! Prepped and painted the body, painted the seat frame and got some zip on covers from up to par. Found a black and silver CC name plate. The 22" ITP's showed up yesterday from 3R sales. Free shipping and made it from Ohio to Texas in 3 days! The cart I started with didn't even have a front end under it when I picked it up. I did put an Allsport 7.5" super sport lift.

Here is what I started with! Well, it was much worse with no front end and flat rears.

Here is what I have so far on the rebuild. The hardest part was the painting! Well, actually the prep was the worst! I put the new tires on this morning and I drove it and got 25.9mph on the GPS. It made it to 19.8 going up hill. Plenty fast enough for me! Well, here it is:

The turkey hen wanted to go for a ride!

Yea, I know your never done, just out of money right now!!!!!

Steve, that hen and her sister are my buddies! They go on cart and 4-wheeler rides with me! Now, some of her brothers and cousins are in trouble soon! I have plenty of toms that are fattening up really nice!

Scottyb, I like bright colors and the red & black has always been my fav! I guess that's why I went to Texas Tech! It is also my kids school colors. If you noticed that I didn't put mud tires on the cart. My daughter is a golfer on her HS team. She can use this on the course every day!

I was thinking of doing my Precedent in blaze orange camo.

I did reblack all the faded gray parts, drink holders, floor mat, seat back, arm rests, bagwell, no step ect with the Bondo reblack, great stuff!

I didn't do the steering wheel so if any of y'all have a take off that is black still and want to make a good deal on it, let me know!
