What does the yellow light on dash mean?

I have a 2003 IQ Club Car. I have gotten mixed responses on the yellow light on the dash. Can anyone explain?

thats your battery light......if its working right than it will come on steady telling you its time for a charge......if cart is charged and light comes on and blinks its blinking a code for which you need the dianostic tool to read the code.....those lights need to have a habit of malfuntion......................................

I thought it also ment the battery needed to be charged but I have a battery charge meter and it is showing full. It stays on solid. It doesn't blink. I doesn't do it all the time though.

it could be trying to tell you something is going on with the OBC or it could be just a malfunction...........................
