Welcome to the Forum, Glad to have you.

First thing you need to check is to make sure all of your connections are clean and tight. Take a look at this topic http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...e-posting.html

OBC could be going out. The OBC senses battery pack voltage and tell the charger when to shut on/off but it should still run unless you have a bad connection. If you have a bad connection somewhere the OBC will think its low and/or dead. If you have a bad connection it won't charge either.

Just because they are tight doesn't mean they are making a good connection. Does the needle on the charger "Peg out" when it comes on?

Did this start after you replaced the batteries? If so, How soon after?

Roady -- I am having the issue you referred to in this thread. I just replaced my batteries and my charger is pegging out. tried it on 2 different chargers. When you asked if that's what the charger was doing did you have a solution to that? thanks!

Without a doubt, it Means you have something mis-wired. Re-check all your wiring. sound's like you have one battery ran is parallel instead of series. Can't be the charger if 2 different chargers are doing it.
