Any good tips for removing rocker panels?

I want to take off the rocker panels on my 95 DS and the little screws have been there since 95! I sprayed them Tuesday with PB and it sat till this morning. I rapped them a couple times with a hammer but couldn't get the screw to budge. I'm a pretty big guy and put a lot of force on it. What's next? Drill the screws out? If so, what is the size of the replacement screws?

OK, I found the screw is an 8-32 X .375 self tapping but still need advice in getting the old ones out!

You can "screw" around with it . . . or, if it were me, I would drill them out and go one or two sizes above the #8's, self tapping as replacements . . . doesn't have to be pretty as they will be hidden after the facia is put back on . . . I'm replacing my entire rocker panel setup with diamond plate ones (not just the inserts, but whole panel) . . they arrived in today's UPS delivery . . .

Very well said, my snapped off when i tryed getting mine out and i did just that, went up a size or two, can't really remember what size.
