Default turn off coasting speed limiter

How do i disable the speed limiter when i'm coasting?
My 97 48V CC slows abruptly when coasting a moderate speed. it brings the cart almost to a stop.
What component controls the coasting speed limiter?
My cart was a regen with the black rocker switch but the extra solenoid was removed and the wiring changed from 6 to 2 gauge. a little increase in speed.

if its almost stopping the cart theres a problem.........it shouldn,t do that, the reagan braking that is..........you may want to see if you have some type of brake drag cause while the reagan should only kick in when your going to fast........it shouldn,t have anything to do with bringing the cart almost to a stop....................................

It just started doing it after i washed the acid from the batteries. it isn't brakes because it pauses from the time you take your foot off the throttle for 2-3 seconds then begins a rapid slow down.
i just drove it down a slope and even with my foot on the throttle it began slowing like the brakes had been applied. there isn't very much of a hill around here and i don't need the regen anyway.
is there a way to disable it?

thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Un-plug the sensor on the end of the motor and let it ride.

Those cars are naturally pretty slow. Make sure the wiper arm is going all the way up to the top contact on your V-Glide switch below the seat to ensure you're getting full throttle.
