Default 36V Club Car Charger suggestions

I have a 36V limo Club Car that I use at my dealership to shuttle customers around the lot. The charger has finally given out after 20+ yrs. Any suggestions on what I should do to replace it. Also, need to get new batteries. Should I stay with the old water maintenance battery or upgrade to the new sealed batteries? Thank you in advance,
Medets

Sams Club has a Stanley charger for only $100.00 and is showing to have great results. As far as batteries go, I would stick to the traditional style GOLF CART BATTERY

I agree 100%! You may have a bad diode, cord, or some other " simple " problem with it! Don't get a cheap charger! They're not worth a s//t! Unless the transformer burned out ( doubtful ) you already have a decent charger that can be repaired easily, and inexpensively!
